i was hoping that work would never end today, looking at the computer's digital clock in agony. counting down since yesterday was painful.

早晨的阳光柔和，但我被墙上的时钟惊醒，误以为是下午一点半了！原来，墙上的时钟坏了。

做了早餐给ben吃。。。我知道他一直都希望我能做食物给他，我也坦言我不可能是那种‘进得了厨房的女生’。没有把厨房烧掉已经很好了。不过，我把筷子烧掉了。难闻的塑胶味真令人作呕。哈! 不过呢，我没有把厨房烧掉哦！：）

未完成的早餐。。。

因为他太早到了，所以我没有时间拍了。。害我手忙脚乱。丰富的早餐包括：香喷喷的campbell's 奶油鸡汤，富有印度风的咖哩快速面，甜滋滋的葡萄，清凉解渴的芒果布丁和一瓶高级热柠檬茶。:)

今天也有礼物哦！~

i bet many people are going to catch this blockbuster for this week. my point of view is, not fantastic. in fact, a little draggy.



the joker is a little disturbing, but i found him the only reason why i'm watching this show. his acting skills are fabulous and if you know how he had gotten his scars, it'd definitely change the way you view this photo. and seriously, his 'smiling' face seems to look like batman's logo.

one deep impression about the movie is the social test the joker did on two cruises of people, one with normal civilians and the other with hardcore prisoners. they had time to decide if they wanted to bomb each other up and if they chose not to bomb the other cruise up, the joker would bomb both of the cruises up at midnight.

guess what's the verdict?

neither people from the 2 cruises bomb each other up and the joker was caught before he could bomb them up.

if we were to carry out this test on real human beings in today's world, will the humans really not bomb each other up? i don't think so. the show is too idealistic. i'm not pessimistic, but if people were really that compassionate and humane, why would they fight for anything? out of the whole cruise, i'm sure some selfish being would push the button down.


batman's car is seriously cool. it can even turn over a truck.


i finally have my first sovil watch. right after i wished i have it, ben wanted to buy for me. i don't know if this is telepathy, but i didn't tell him i wanted it and would buy one after getting my first paycheck from f&n. i still remember a scene from 'sex and the city' where miranda was complaining about how much she yearned for a watch at the auction and she lost to another bidder. she found herself owning it because her boyfriend bid for her. she said she didn't want to look at the ring and keep thinking about the guy everytime she saw the ring. she'd be losing too much of herself.

that's where i found myself like her. i like her views on freedom and individualism, though not her fashionable dress sense.

ben is trying to compensate for the five months he'd be away using the watch. but if there's any choice at all, i'd rather not have the watch, but him around. :(

i was wondering if it's edible. haha! :P

yes! i finally managed to treat tc. crystal's jade hor fun is yummy, though you can get normal hor fun at $10+ cheaper. but it's definitely worth the money.

they are having hokkaido fair at plaza singapura. i'm sure fay would love to go view the foodstuffs. i got this flavoury tea!

ben ate the hot chocolate and cheese crepe and i didn't think it was nice, but it was cheap and it's rare to eat hot crepes.

he got sushi at $8 for two boxes. one box contained about 6-8 sushi, so great buy! i didn't because i'm quite sick of sushi already. =p

oh well, ben bought chocolates for my family. he insisted that i said my mum and sis like to chocolates. i didn't. i only said my sis like to eat chocolates and i take after my mum's genes so both of us don't like chocolates. but still, guylian's chocolates are nice.

he was late for half an hour and that really pissed me off. if he weren't late, we might have gotten the tickets for red cliff. i had expected the seats to be full since we got the second row for hellboy yesterday. i flared up. i couldn't wait for the midnight show because i have tuition tomorrow and i'm seriously tired! whatever. he should have better backup plans.

i met gr, bene and linda at cineleisure for lunch and gr had to leave us for work after that.

we went window-shopping and linda went crazy over daniel. she must be glad it was sandy's off day instead of daniel's. ha!

then kelvin joined us and we went to the big o for durian dessert. linda refused to eat the spike d and got some love-shaped chocolate cake. she's in love, you see. :P look at our cakes.




we decided to start eating and opps...

linda's cake became boob-shaped cake instead. then she drew a deep line in the middle and ta da! it became a butt!!! :P

事实后找工作了。。。昨天发出的简历很快就有了回应。我想自己的工作经验不错哦，有没有要求很高的薪水。坦白说，$7一个钟做账不会很多啊。之前的工作就已经是$7一个钟了。八点多就接到一通电话了，recruit express在三点多也打来叫我下去乌节路面试。他们真的一点也不'express'。到了那里，都没有人来招待，自己去询问时，却没有很优异的态度。拜托，我们帮他们赚钱，他们还如此嚣张。

那个人终于出来了，拿了申请表格叫我填一填。他连介绍自己都没有哦。后来我才发现他原来是我约的那个人。填完表格了，我东张西望，向找寻那个人的背影。不过，却没人理会。后来我和他的目光有交汇，他假装没看见，继续做他的事耶！

我真的很不明白。帮多一个人找工作，对他们有利无弊，为何他们的态度如此恶劣？虽然我不是很想通过介绍所，不过，狗急跳墙，没有什么办法啊。介绍所给我的影响真的好遭哦！

过后去找sandy和daniel，没想到bonia的鞋越卖越多。看来他们生意挺旺的哦。如果再叫我去买鞋，$5一个钟，吃力又不讨好，我大概会拒绝了吧。

工作回来啊！
